Terms & Conditions

The terms expressed below are exclusive to Secure Trailer Lots service offering.  No other warranty, written or oral, is expressed or implied by Secure Trailer Lots or may be inferred from this service.

Service Definitions:

  1. Service:  Fee for parking/storage location for trailers and other pre-approved equipment at Secure Trailer Lots yard locations

  2. Fee is for trailer only; charges apply for other equipment

  3. Secure Trailer Lots deters theft with quality fence, after dark parameter lighting, controlled access, security, check-in and out processes and other related practices

  4. Trailers and equipment to be parked by carrier

  5. Service Fee begins as the equipment enters the yard

  6. Minimal fee for service is a day

  7. All equipment to be logged in upon entry into yard

  8. All equipment to be logged out and authorized for exit

  9. Operating hours 24 hours per day and 7 (seven) days per week

  10. All equipment to be secured by locks and/or seals

  11. Cargo insurance is the responsibility of the carrier and subject to it’s “Contract Terms and Conditions”

  12. Client is responsible for cleanup of spills or debris produced from equipment or contractors. 

  13. It is the carrier’s responsibility to insure that equipment complies with Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations

  14. No unauthorized personal may enter yard

  15. Client agrees to hold Secure Trailer Lots harmless from any violations due to noncompliance with any government entity as it relates to equipment.

  16. Client agrees to hold Secure Trailer Lot harmless from any damages suffered by anyone due to the operations and/or malfunction of equipment
