Important information about opening a ScreenNow® account

To use ScreenNow, please click: "Sign Up"

  1. Go to ScreenNow, a ChoicePoint® service, by clicking the "Request a Background Screening" link at the bottom of the page. This will open the ScreenNow Pre-Employment Screening Subscriber Application and Service Agreement form.

    Important Benefit: By going through the Secure Trailer Lot web site to apply for a ScreenNow account, the normal $175 account set-up fee will be waived and you will receive deeply discounted prices on screening services.
  2. Complete all of the information requested on the online application form and submit it by clicking the "Process my Application" button toward the bottom of the page.

    Note: On the application, be sure to include a telephone number where you can be reached for verification during the day (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST).
  3. After submitting the initial application form, a ChoicePoint sign-up form will appear on your screen. Please print, complete, and fax this document to ChoicePoint at (678) 893-9600.
  4. After submitting your New User Form online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from ScreenNow within 1-2 business days with your new account number and password to begin using the service.
